The Bubba Love Foundation was created by the family and friends of Anthony Michael Stephen Hruska (October 6, 2004 to August 7, 2005) to educate, promote awareness, help find a cure and provide support to families stricken with Atypical Teratoid Rhabdoid Tumors (ATRT).

"Bubba" was diagnosed with this highly aggressive, rare and fatal tumor. Currently there is no standard treatment protocol. This tumor type was not recognized until 1987.

We spent countless hours sitting at the computer researching expert doctors in this field, treatment options and protocols, experimental therapy, medical studies and terms, loving support groups, painful statistics and the stories of other families instead of sitting with our son.

We knew then that all of the information we found needed to be accessible and linked together on one Web site, www.bubbalove.org.
